As I’m sure you’ve heard, New York Fashion Week was plagued with weather woes this season. There was a epic blizzard, plunging temperatures, sleeting rain ~ and everything slushy and disgusting in between. For that reason, Erin (pictured above) and I were extraordinarily grateful to have been given the opportunity team up with Benefit and Uber ~ they truly rescued us, on a lot of levels!
We were generously provided with a campily pink SUV for the week, which was blessedly easy to find when desperate for salvation in inclement weather. Ferried by the sweetest driver and stocked to the gills with Benefit beauty products, it was an absurdly fun way for two sisters to trek around town for a few busy winter days.
We really loved getting to try the full range of Benefit’s offerings ~ I have a richer appreciation for this brand and what they stand for than ever before. Everything is designed to offer a tangible benefit ~ be it a hyper-emoliant moisturizer, the perfect brow-defining kit, or a disarmingly effective highlighter (a tool I’ve never tried before and now refuse to leave the house without).
The experience inspired me to experiment with my beauty routine in new ways every day ~ more on that coming tomorrow!
