{ #NYFW } Primary SS13

With a mixture of delight and pride, I’ve enjoyed watching my friend Cleo Schroeder evolve and develop Primary over the past couple seasons ~ it’s quickly become one of my favorite go-to collections for exceptional everyday clothes. As the line has expanded, so has the Primary team, and another incredibly talented friend of ours, Roderick Rojo, has recently joined Cleo in the design department. For their first season together, the two decided to stage a small showing, which I was happy as ever to style. Below, I’m pleased to share a few quiet moments, snapped just before they opened the doors to Primary’s premiere presentation, for Spring 2013: Kisses and hugs (and champagne toasts!) to Cleo and Roderick, and many, many thanks to our amazing shoe sponsor, the always-awesome Sole Society!

    i always love your primary posts! i am so impressed by the line. the design is so modern and interesting, every detail is so thoughtful, and i always want to wear all of it. i think they’re doing a great job designing into a gap in the market for interesting wardrobe staples for everyday wear.
