{ bunny } canine catnip & art aficionado

on tuesday, one of my favorite design sites came in to shoot some snaps of the apartment. i’m excited to share the results with you all next week ~ but in the meantime, how about a little outtake featuring BUNNY?!

this teeny-tiny pup of mine was recently attacked by a much bigger cat. when i mentioned it on twitter, we were overwhelmed by the sweet outpouring of well-wishes. thank you for all your kind words ~ she’s a much-loved dog! things got a bit dicey, but i’m happy to report that she’s healing rapidly and well (yet funnily unamused by yesterday’s kitty-print shirt / i may have to shelve that one for a while).

    I am glad Bunny is doing well. And to be honest I can understand her aversion to the kitty-printed blouse. It's kind of like seeing your ex out wiht a new woman – WAY too many memories flooding back at once.

    What I wanted to comment on, however, is the VERY clever way you are displaying your art! The narrow shelf-system. I have never seen anything like that before, but will definitely be thinking of it as an option the next time I decorate. Perfect for those who love to create a different atmosphere by just replacing or rearranging art. Clever indeed!

    So sorry to hear about Bunny! I have a 3-lb. Yorkie that can easily fall victim as most other animals are much bigger (like our Rooster?!). We will send her positive thoughts for continued healing! Also…looking forward to more apt. photos!

    I like cats, but I could totally see one of my moms monster cats attacking your pooch…man they really get into it. Glad the pooch is okay though. Cat's can be ferocious I would know I lived with my mom who has 6 cats…I wish I were kidding.

    happened to me aswell when i was walking my dog. and i just saw it happen to a lady on the street when she was doing the same

    so many mean stray cats out there :/
